Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is a proud partner of the All of Us Research Program, from the National Institutes of Health.
What is the All of Us Research Program?
The All of Us Research Program is a large research program. The goal is to help researchers understand more about why people get sick or stay healthy.
We hope that more than one million people will join the All of Us Research Program. People who join will give us information about their health, habits, what it’s like where they live, and if they will want information about their DNA. By looking for patterns in this information, researchers may learn more about what affects people’s health.
The All of Us Research Program will last for 10 years or more. This will allow researchers to study health over time.
If you decide to join the All of Us Research Program, you will be contributing to an effort to improve the health of generations to come. You also may learn about your own health.

Take online surveys
Share your electronic health record (EHR)
Give Physical & Genetic Data
You may be asked to:
Give blood and urine samples
Have your physical measurements taken
Joining the Program
Who Can Join All of Us at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin?
All eligible adults who live in the United States can join the All of Us Research Program. You do not need to be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Right now, only people who are 18 or older can join All of Us at Froedtert and MCW. Children will be able to join in the future.

Go to Participant.JoinAllofUs.org and:
- Create an account
- Give your consent
- Agree to share your electronic health records
- Complete the Consent to Get DNA Results
- Answer health surveys
- Have your measurements taken (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.) and give blood and urine samples, if asked
After completing these steps, you’ll receive a $25 gift card.
